We are initiating a free/swap table this year. If you have any BMW-related items you no longer have a use for, and are/is smaller than a transmission, please bring it along to share/give away/get rid of. Dress is business casual.

A cash bar social hour with an International & Domestic Cheese Board begins at 6:30PM, followed by the dinner buffet at 7:30PM.

Entrées: Dijon & Rosemary Crusted Sirloin, Broiled Salmon with Lemon Garlic Cream Sauce, Southern Fried Chicken
Sides: Whipped New Potatoes, Green Beans with Sun Dried Tomato Butter
Caesar Salad with Parmesan Romaine & Caesar dressing, Red Bliss Potato Salad
Desserts: Chef’s Selection of Layer Cakes & Assorted Pies

After a short business meeting, which will include the election of 2020 officers, we will raffle off donated door prizes provided by advertisers, local merchants, shops and dealers.

Rooms
We have negotiated a special room rate of $119.00 for anyone wanting to stay overnight. Just make sure you tell the hotel you are with the “BMW Car Club” to get the rate. To make a reservation call the hotel at 757-727-9700 and state that you are with the BMW CCA Tidewater Chapter.
